Shipping and delivery

Bezen Pro is access to features on this website: the whole problem library, unlimited AI interviews, the whiteboard tutor and one-on-one mentorship sessions held online. There are no physical goods, so there is nothing to post and no shipping charge, wherever you are in the world.

Pro switches on for your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a few seconds and at most a few minutes. You use it by signing in to Bezen with the account you paid from. A receipt is sent to that account’s email.

If Pro has not switched on within an hour of paying, write to ani@bezen.in with the payment ID from the receipt and we will sort it out.
