Every vector database stores normalised embeddings, because once vectors have unit length a dot product is cosine similarity and the expensive division disappears from the hot path.
Write normalise_rows(x).
x has shape (n, d). Return an array of the same shape where each row has been divided by its own length, so every row has length 1.0.
