Ropedia W0 unifies human and robot loco-manipulation world modeling with large-scale egocentric data
Ropedia W0 is a video diffusion transformer world model conditioned on camera poses and projected skeletons, trained on 10k hours of human and 3k hours of robot egocentric video, achieving state-of-the-art cross-embodiment prediction and enabling real-time interactive rollouts.

Challenges in cross-embodiment loco-manipulation world modeling
World models predict future observations conditioned on actions, supporting embodied agents in planning and decision-making. However, jointly modeling locomotion-induced viewpoint changes and dexterous manipulation across diverse embodiments (humans, gripper robots, humanoids) is difficult due to heterogeneous action spaces and limited multimodal supervision.
Existing models often focus on fixed-base manipulation or require embodiment-specific action encodings, limiting generalization. Large-scale, high-quality egocentric video datasets with unified annotations are scarce, especially for robots, hindering training of generalizable world models.
Human egocentric video offers abundant data but suffers from noisy or incomplete annotations, and robot datasets often lack reliable camera calibration or accurate keypoint projections. A unified representation and large-scale curated data are needed to enable cross-embodiment world modeling.
